Parts management
Stock and sales software for small parts shops
Live stock, goods-receipt notes, supplier order tracking, VAT-compliant invoicing. See exactly what you have on the shelf, who ordered what, and what you need to reorder.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
You sell parts, the admin drives you mad
Goods-receipt notes done on paper, stock lags behind for days
You don't know exactly which orders are on their way or from which supplier
You can't see quickly what a repeat customer last bought or which vehicles they have
Different prices for loyal customers or partner workshops, all kept in your head or on paper
GARAGEFLOW FIXES THIS
Stock, orders, invoicing, all in one place
No more juggling spreadsheets, paper and phone calls. Goods-receipt notes go straight into stock, supplier orders are tracked live, and invoices generate themselves with the correct VAT.
In-store sales
Customer walks in, picks a part, the invoice prints from the same screen and stock decrements automatically. Full history per repeat customer, with their vehicles and previously ordered parts.
See the Professional plan →Workshop + parts retail
Parts used in jobs come out of the same stock as those sold in the shop. Inventory always reconciles, no drift.
See the Professional plan →Shops supplying partner workshops
Partner workshops order regularly. Set different pricing per customer, aggregated monthly invoicing, full history per partner.

From supplier order to customer's hand
Identify part
Search by VIN, plate, model or code. Autodata / TecDoc catalogues filter automatically.
Supplier order
Generate the order from Garageflow, track it until it arrives, post the goods-receipt note in one click.
Sale
Add the part to an invoice. Price auto-applies the customer's rule, retail or partner workshop.
Stock updated
Stock decrements on every sale or job. If it hits the minimum, you generate a new supplier order.
COMPARISON
How you worked before vs how you work now
Before Garageflow

- Different per-customer prices kept on separate sheets
With Garageflow
- Search by VIN or plate, results in under a second
- Goods-receipt notes in one click, stock reflects immediately
- Every order tracked in the system, with status and ETA
- Price lists per customer, auto-applied at point of sale
WHY WE BUILT THIS
The parts module, born from our own frustration
We, the team behind Garageflow, also run a parts shop. Goods-receipt notes, supplier order tracking, monthly reconciliation and stock updates used to be a daily nightmare, juggled between spreadsheets, paper and WhatsApp messages. So we built the module for ourselves first. Now it all lives in Garageflow: for repeat customers we have a full history, vehicles with VIN and exactly which parts they've ordered before. The whole process, from placing the supplier order to handing the part to the customer, is dramatically easier.

We used to keep stock on Excel, goods-receipt notes on paper, supplier orders in a notebook. With Garageflow stock updates in real time, I can see exactly who ordered what part, the customer's vehicles and what's on its way from each supplier. Invoices generate with the right VAT, no other tools needed.
