In short: the rights you have under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, and how to exercise them with Garageflow.
The data controller

Your rights
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion when there is no longer a basis to keep the data.
- Restriction — request limits on processing in certain situations.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdrawing consent — anytime, for consent-based processing (e.g. the newsletter), without affecting prior lawful processing.
How to exercise them
Send your request to contact@garageflow.ro from the email address linked to your account (or with proof of identity if writing from another address). We reply within 30 days; complex requests may take up to 60 more days, with prior notice. Exercising your rights is free.
Our role for data inside the platform
For data that workshops enter into the platform about their own customers, the workshop is the controller and AUTOMAR MOTORSPORT SRL acts as processor under art. 28 GDPR, processing that data only on the customer's instructions and under a data processing agreement.
Supervisory authority
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro) or, in the UK, to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
