These terms govern the use of garageflow.co.uk and the Garageflow platform. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Who provides the service
Garageflow is built and operated by AUTOMAR MOTORSPORT SRL, Ocna Șugatag, Maramureș county, Romania, tax ID (CUI) 47577219, trade registry no. J2023000214244. Contact: contact@garageflow.ro.
The service
Garageflow is workshop management software for garages, MOT stations and parts shops: scheduling, jobs, estimates, stock, invoicing and reports. It is offered as a subscription (SaaS), accessed through the browser.
Your account and activation
Accounts are created through the registration form and activated manually by our team. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens in your account. Registration details must be real and current.
Trial and subscription
On activation, your account receives a free trial, communicated at activation time. After the trial, continued use is billed on the plan you chose at registration (or changed later in the app), monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on the pricing page. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
You can change plans or cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already billed.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for illegal activity, attempt unauthorised access to other accounts' data, resell the service without written agreement, or deliberately disrupt its operation.
Your data
The data you enter into the platform (customers, jobs, stock, invoices) belongs to you. You can export it from the platform. When an account is closed, data is retained only as required by law, then deleted. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profit, data loss caused by third parties, etc.).
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 15 days in advance. These terms are governed by Romanian law; disputes are settled by the competent courts in Romania.
